We thought it would be great to introduce ourselves so here is our profile. Compass Developments is a Cambridge based building construction company providing high quality workmanship at a competitive price.

The company was set up by Lee Northfield, born in Cambridge he completed a full 5-year Carpentry & Joinery Apprenticeship with much respected Building contractors Johnson & Bailey in the mid to late eighties.

Since then he has worked throughout the building industry gaining a vast insight into many projects from new house builds to Shop fitting, large refurbishments and extensions. He has also spent many years specialising in fitted Kitchens and Bathrooms.

During this time, we have gained a healthy reputation and built good relations with other trades and therefore have a great team of contractors to work with on projects.

Compass Developments are a small but successful company trading in Cambridge and the surrounding villages, we enjoy a close working relationship with local Architects, Structural engineers and Building control officers.
